Unloaders are not friendly, like we are bothering them while they are on their phones. Drivers shouldn't have to go chasing them in the building, safety issue. They will never come out and flag you in. Only FBM location that operates this way.
Other then the fact that flatbed trucks have to untarp their load out front instead of behind the building is crazy! Why must we do that? Doesn't make sense when they have plenty of room in back...... hence the 3 star, other then that they have a 5 star on unloading delivery trucks in a good time frame...
