Company maybe decent, but employees are rude and, caught them stealing from the different trades on a delivery location of a large project they show up to daily. When confronting employee about stealing our stuff was told, " I don't see your name on it" I wouldn't walk into FBM and take something that isnt mine and say that as my response to stealing. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing to the company name if you ask me.
Worker showed up on a large site in Tillsonburg to deliver material. All was fine until we noticed him leaving the building with a cardboard box of scrap copper wire. Electricians confronted him and asked what he was doing. He answered them with “ I don't see you name on it” He proceeded to leave the building and put the scrap copper on his truck. Totally unprofessional and now is causing concern for other material and tools to go missing. Would not recommend.
Great customer service and a wide variety of quality products to choose from. Staff is helpful and will ask questions to help answer any questions you have.
