Horrible customer service from employee Felix, was extremely rude, and turned what should have been a 5 minute interaction into a 40 minute waste of time spent waiting on a very very small order. I would drive 100 miles to another supplier before I ever drive here again. FBM is going downhill if they let guys like this interact with customers
Bought 220 sheets of 1/2 inch sheertock for a major project I was doing. Delivered on time, in excellent condition. Use them for your supplies.
