Truck Drivers use caution when making that right turn into the business. I got in the left lane to make sure I cleared the fence. I arrived to a forklift driver showing me where I needed to park for unloading. I walked inside, checked in and they got right to unloading my trailer. 45min. In and out. Super nice people. I had a pleasant delivery experience. I don't understand all the bad comments so I wanted to take the time to say thanks to FBM. I'll be back when needed.
My experience was horrible, not from the company, but from their customer service representative amanda bonilla she thought it was ok to message my boyfriend personal messages like its a dating site. No professionalism out of context she took the time and personal information to assume her customer would date her. It's pathetic.
