Samantha in the credit department is the most rude and disrespectful person. I closed my account because she refuses to fix her error. She cussed me out and told me to take my business elsewhere. Told me her boss Jack won’t ever listen to complaints and will side with her. Apparently she’s right. He is just as rude as she is.
