Very rude office guy was snarky because I didn’t have an account. Obviously I didn’t since they just bought out rew where we spent thousands a month. I will take my business elsewhere.
This place is wonderful I wuv this place so much. I would personally secks everyone who works there.
Lazy staff as well as ignorant. Never answered the phone without putting me on hold for less than 9 minutes. Hang up and call back, boom... right to voice mail. Has no clue about the products they carry. More than half the time, they'll load you with the wrong stuff. A supplier needs to be accountable for the companies they care for. We spend over a million a year at our suppliers. That's why we left. When it was a&d, it was top notch. Sold to someone who apparently is trying to lose business.
Great salesman and management. Knowledgeable on products they sale. The two salesman at the front were very helpful.
