I was taken for a ride by coast Chrysler, they charged me 3500 to complete emergency repairs on my Durango and when I picked it up, it still had the same problem, a leaking hose which ended up costing me about 300 to fix!!! Not to mention I got the run around when trying to bring it to managements attention, steer clear at all costs
The costumer service here is not acceptable. What a waste.

I visited on November 15th at 12 PM to see a 2024 Dodge Hornet GT Plus in white. However, they showed me a completely different color and different options. The salesperson had told me earlier that I could come and see the white Hornet, but when I arrived, I was told I can’t see the car because it was a loaner and unavailable. They also said I would need to put down a $500 deposit just to see the car. Who puts down a deposit just to look at a vehicle? The whole situation made no sense to me. This Jeep service is unbelievable. Here is thing I brought my car 4 months ago to fix the cooler problem. They charged me around $700 to fix it. They also charged me the diagnostic fee + other fees. In two months I had the same problem. I brought again and I asked them is your previous service guarantee? They said yes. Now they tell me it is another issue and I ask them kindly let me pick up my car to show somewhere else. They said you have to pay diagnostic fee.
