I told the salesperson exactly what I was looking for, my budget, and that I wanted a lease. If there was nothing suitable, they should have said so instead of wasting my time. The manager had a bad attitude, was unprofessional, and very impatient. He even said, “You should have checked our website,” which is not the right attitude when providing customer service. Very disappointing experience. Go somewhere else.
Wanted to share my experience start to finish with this dealership. TLDR: do not take your vehicle here for repairs! Especially if it's an ICBC claim. I had my 21' jeep wrangler towed to Lions Gate Chrysler in October 2025 due to rodent damage under an ICBC claim. I chose them because they are an ICBC accredited repair shop.
