Save yourself the headache AND do not do business with this dealership. I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing experience I’ve had with this JEEP dealership. I purchased my Rubicon 4XE from this location back in 2022, and while the service on the day of purchase was excellent, everything changed after I received the first recall notice for the hybrid system. What a waste of space this dealership really is.. had few encounters with them and each time they manage to make it worse. Wanted to Service my Dodge charger Daytona Ev and booked an appointment , the serviceman had no clue it is electric and suggested oil change , then when I told him what he was talking about he said that yeah this cars sounds weird and no good and that I had to wait for 3 days until someone do only the diagnostic.. what a disrespectful way to celebrate my new purchase and what a clueless guy that seems to... read more
