Calvin, Cord and the rest of the Team were great to deal with and made the experience memorable!
Asked for info on a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara through the dealership website and had Calvin reach out to me right away. Calvin was wonderful to work with through the process of purchasing this vehicle. The test drive was great, Calvin went into detail of how to use the Jeeps functions to their full capabilities and was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. The entire process was great and I will for sure recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to reach out to Calvin!
My experience at this dealership was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and I did not appreciate the attitude I received. I was interested in buying a Tesla Model 3. Alex was helpful and professional, but unfortunately, my experience with Pouriya was very different. I strongly advise against using the service department at Lion Gate Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My recent experience with my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee involved double billing, completely falsified inspection documents, mechanical damage, and absolutely non-existent customer service. I have sent them four emails and made multiple follow-up calls over the past month and a half, but their management team has completely ignored me and provided no answers. Worst experience if could give a zero I would, we booked an appointment as we live out of town at 7:45 am showed up to be told appointment is for a different day when we received a text confirming the appointment was for today told they could try and squeeze us in manager was rude and not helpful will take my two recall notices elsewhere
