We had a great experience with FCS foundation and concrete services when they rebuilt the two-story balcony at The Lakewood Group office for Dr. Robert F. Mehl. I would highly highly recommend this company. We had a lot of work on our house done and use them throughout the entire process. They were professional, punctual and dealing with Juaquin made everything run super smooth. When their work was done, they cleaned everything up and it looked like they were never even there. I was having foundation and plumbing issues for awhile. I interviewed 3 companies and decided on FCS. Rodrigo was very professional and explained everything - my house was built in the 1970s and since our soil is mostly clay there was a lot of damage. The job took 3 weeks and the crews for both the foundation and plumbing were outstanding. Rodrigo, Raul, Mario and Scott were very patient with me since I had questions & concerns. Very happy to share my experience! They are 5 stars all the way! When we purchased our home, it came with a transferable warranty and there was a one time $100 fee to transfer the warranty to us as the new homeowners…a few years passed and our cast iron pipes developed a leak, which shifted our home again. Not only did FCS honor their warranty and leveled my home again, I also hired them to replace the cast iron pipes with pvc…they did a great job, addressed any concerns and questions I had and cleanup was great!
