I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. This has not been a one-time issue — it has been an ongoing pattern of poor maintenance and sanitation in the St. Paul building (St. Catharines). I had a great experience working with Branden. He made the entire process smooth, professional, and stress free. He was responsive, patient, and really listened to what I was looking for. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Dan was so professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! He clearly takes pride in his work and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about the job that he is doing. He fixed a number of things in our apartment and I was amazed at how much he knew! He even took the time to patiently answer all of the questions he got from my 5 year old. It’s not often that you see that level of professionalism these days. Thanks so much Dan!!!!

We were moving provinces and Regina was great in helping set everything up online and making the process smooth. She was responsive, easy to communicate with, and helped coordinate the move-in paperwork and initial setup efficiently. There were a few move-in issues, but she followed up and helped get them addressed. Overall, a positive experience working with her.
