I was a tenant in a unit managed by Found Spaces for five years. I can sum up my experience with them in one word: incompetent. My husband left a review last year describing the hell they put us through when our A/C broke and wasn't fixed for over two months. It would peak at 35 C during the hottest times of day and it was absolutely miserable, especially as we have a small dog and we both work from home.
