Rudy came and performed a routine maintenance on air conditioning unit. He was very kind and professional. He provided pictures of system in attic and before and after pictures of cleaning the outside unit. I appreciate that he took his time and made sure any questions I had were answered.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Foul’s Southern Air and Heating. This company engages in deceptive sales tactics, using misleading information to manipulate customers into unnecessary purchases. STAY AWAY! I had a terrible experience with Foulks. This company likely does not employ honest service technicians, only commission-driven salesmen. I called them on one of the coldest days of the year to hopefully repair a furnace that wasn’t heating properly. I was also told that a senior technician would be coming out since I had an older unit. The technician arrived and briefly inspected the unit.
