Dr. Otaki has treated my teen daughter and he has been the model of kindness and patience and expertise. My daughter has a very complex medical situation and required multiple endoscopies. He has been so terrific to work with. I could not ask for more.

When I saw Dr. Otaki on my visit, I asked him what would be the cause for kidney stones as I just wanted some general knowledge. He wouldn't give me the answer nor did he tell me it was not his specialty which was the WRONG thing to do. I had to get the answer from my primary care physician. And when I got to my PCP, he was so rude and inappropriate in his actions and behavior to have my PCP (by passing this down to her) to talk about my omnepraezole usage after I mentioned, in his office, I still needed to take it 2x a day ... read more
