This wonderful woman saved my life MULTIPLE TIMES. When I was born she heard a hole in my heart (undetected by anyone else), she correctly diagnosed me with meningitis as a teenager (a very scary time), and as a teenager she held my parents hand as an aneurysm in my head ruptured and was repaired. She is an angel, nothing less.
Listens, is very kind and caring.
She has been there for my three kids since they were 2, over 10 years. She is smart and caring.

I'm a member of the queer & transgender communities, and Dr. Mack came highly recommended for affirming primary care in the region. I was excited and hopeful to find an affirming and knowledgeable doctor to support me in my transition. In the office, I found her to be empathetic, a good listener & willing to explain things. The nurse at the practice falsified a note on my chart from a phone conversation. When I confronted the office about this and also asked a medical question, I was ghosted! Yup NO one got back to me after reaching out several times. I finally reached out and spoke to corporate to address the falsification and lack of response issue and was told that Dr Cotugno received my messages but does NOT wish to respond to my inquiries because I opted out of taking a medication. I saw Dr Stevens for over 20 years until I moved home to take care of my parents until they died. He’s THE BEST! I have Lupus, RA and several other autoimmune and he knew from the beginning I was sick, never gave up on me for that, and much more I thank him. Enjoy your retirement you certainly deserve it!
