I was a patient of Dr. Schnakenberg's for over 20 years. I had often found him dismissive and lacking in listening and attention skills. But I stuck with him because he knew me. However I recently recommended to my wife to use his practice. She was treated horribly and left to suffer for months with a debilitating condition, finally needing to seek treatment and surgery elsewhere because they would not take her seriously, messed up her prescriptions multiple times, and reacted defensively when she brought up her concerns. This Dr and his staff misdiagnosed my love one. Lack of testing offered. Lack of resources and not a single referral. Discharged with no referral for continuation of care. And NYS doesn't care we have terrible care in the Capital District. Terrible experience

I have been a patient of Dr. Drzymalski for over 20 years. She cares about her patients, takes her time during visit to discuss lab test results, and listens to questions and concerns. I live in Saratoga, and still travel to Rotterdam to see her.She’s the best provider I have ever had.

My daughter has been a patient of his practice since her birth in 2020. The location is ideal for both where we live and where my daughter attends school. Every concern we have ever had always has been addressed in a kind, professional and understanding manner. There have even been times they fit my daughter into their busy schedule for a last minute end of the day immediate sick visit.
