I ordered and received an Armada PRO700 from this company. The machine came in NOT WORKING CONDITION along with broken headphones. I contacted the customer service right away and received an email days later saying to call a number for troubleshooting. I just want my money back so I can purchase a working machine from somewhere else. How do you troubleshoot broken headphones and a machine that doesn't work. I'll gladly remove this review when my return request is granted.
