No product sent, it's been a month. The product was "In Stock" on website when I ordered. Had to dispute with PayPal, case in review.
Ruben was AMAZING, we ran out of photo paper for a huge event on the east coast at 6 pm on a Friday. I knew our only chance was to find a company on the west coast that could still ship out to us in time for a Saturday delivery. We had less than one hour to make UPS Delivery pickup, he jumped into action walked our order to the warehouse and we got our supplies by 10 am the next day, less than 18hrs after talking with him. I've bought photo paper here a few times, now. I have even been to the warehouse to pick up my order. Nice guy in a super low key spot in the Inland Empire. He's been easy to reach and easy to work with.
I have no product.... Need my refund Yesterday.... sad & bad business
