ordered a roll of paper on the 27th, now the tracking updated says ill be getting it on the 9th of next month. hows that possible when i live 10 minutes away? quite literally the most horrible service ive had from a shop a few minutes down the road.

After more than 20 years of online shopping, I've had my worst experience with this company. I ordered two printers, but once the payment was processed, they claimed they didn't have them in stock and refused to issue a refund. I had to open a dispute on PayPal to get my money back.
As soon as I can find another company with the printer paper I need, I will never use fotoclub inc again. I bought a photo printer from them. Long story short I’ve had it less than a year and it went out at an event. It will not turn on and I cannot get it open. I emailed them a video explaining the issue and they told me use “the shake method”. Well that didn’t work and they are not returning my emails or phone calls.
