Showe management is an incompetent excuse of a management company, I spoke with a woman who claimed to be the head of beaurau management, and aside from being the purest form of rude, and judgemental, she was utterly disrespectful. This company has been reporting on my name, unknown to my knowledge for a year and a half. In the last year my rent has gone from 650 a month to $710 and I’m on a fixed income plus I have to pay my utilities which are another $100 which brings the total to $800. I make $1,995 a month that’s already leaving me with a$1,000 to pay for insurance, car medical and food. You guys are raping the seniors living here and yet cater to the foreigners.

Newark Village Square/Newark Green Apartments...Rude staff! Nothing gets fixed properly. If the property manager and office girl like you it's great, but when they don't it's awful, they will evict you. There are some apartments that have their boyfriend/girlfriend/friend living with them that are not on they lease and they let it slide IF they like you, one man has lived here for at least 4 years and when it's the office workers sister's apt they turn their heads. They keep the apartments clean but the people who work for the company are rude and judgmental. They talk down to you as though you are incompetent and have no intellectual thought process. They are always threatening eviction if you don’t comply for as something as small as keeping bounty towels in closet floor. They do little as possible to fix things that really need replaced and the executives in the corporate are rude also. When I first moved into Riverlodge apartments my experience there was amazing thanks to Mr. B*****. The property was clean, things got fixed in a timely manner most of all Mr. B***** kept the druggies out! Since Mr. B***** left over the years the property got really bad. I lived at Riverlodge for 17 and a half years. The current manager forced me and my family to move because she did not like us partly due to we spoke out about how horrible things were due to her actions. We paid the price for speaking out. This business is a joke. I talked to the corporate over the phone reported them to BBB nothing was ever resolved so I had no choice but to take them to court!!! Whatever you do don’t rent from them they will kick you you out of your own apartment and change the locks without a court order or eviction that is against the tenet and landlord law they can just change the locks without a court order!!! That’s what they did to me and I don’t want them to do it to anyone else!!!
