I usually dont write reviews but I had to for this place because I had seen many bad reviews for it. This is a great apartment complex if you are looking for a studio. The price is very affordable and set up is good to where the apartment doesnt feel so small. The management is great and easy to work with; they are always professional, courteous and responsive. The apartment complex is quite and location is very convenient. The property has a nice pool and barbeque area. I highly recommend it if you are looking for an afford... read more

This is NOT the place to raise a family. Number 1...nowhere for them to play.... Number 2..they have an occasional rat running around the property..(at night) told management about it and they said they wouldn't do anything, because it's a green building...you know saving the planet ..that sort of thing LOL...anyway...Number 3..The laundry room machines don't work well at all...always breaking down! The reason is because people keep using powder instead of liquid for washing the clothing. There were signs on the walls tellin... read more

Rents are up (way up) = turnover is up. All my neighbors have left. No one can afford to stay for long. Too bad - it used to be a nice, safe community :-(

As a travel nurse, I appreciate peace and quiet! This place feels 'like home" yet is close to downtown Campbell, a rather sophisticated ciry, with it's galleries, restaurants, shops. It is also within walking distance to"The Pruneyard", with Trader Joe's, Barnes and Nobles, many small shops. Even though I worked a ways away, I had a much better apartment than some of my fellow travel nurses who were closer to work. The staff was very accomodating! I lived on the 2nd floor of an end unit so very quiet. I did walk my dog during... read more

The worst place to live ever! Even though I have a renovated apartment - although that is the only good thing about this place. And then they start renovating the place above me with no notice to me at all!! I guess being woken up by loud construction is my notice???? Bad business manners.

This whole experience at Haver Hill has been nothing shy of a NIGHTMARE! Starts off if you complain to the leasing office about any sort of noise after ten O'clock, they don't care. What they do is ask the other tenant what the problem is, and do nothing about it, but suggest to call the police. After that if the same tenant smashes your wind shield in that you complained about, guess what they don't care, even after a police report is made. So an on going nightmare gets worse, problems don't get resolved, they get worse. A ... read more

This is an older complex with unique features and charm. The ceilings are rounded and the floors are the original hardwood. The kitchen has a backdoor for entry as well as the front door. This gives the feel of a small quaint house instead of an apartment. I have noticed that the yards are always maintained and the maintenance staff are fast and efficient. The neighborhood is very quiet without a lot of traffic and the rent is reasonable. It allows me to have a nice quiet place to live, while still having money for other thi... read more
