Five stars for service. One star for their fries. I got a full order of fries to go. When I got home and opened them they were basically all burnt. I called to explain the situation and the gentleman (young handsome Black) immediately give me options to rectify the situation. Awesome! I go back to get a different batch of fries. Super friendly staff. They asked us where we were from, what brought us in and helped us pick the best menu items. The food was exceptional and Isaiah was incredibly helpful in helping us choose.
Yummy food and good atmosphere and service
Just spent a full hour waiting for 5 boneless wings, fries and a drink. Order placed at 11:45 and received the order at 12:45pm because I asked about my order. They misplaced the handwritten slip they make you fill out, I was asked for my receipt and that one was misplaced as well. Then I was asked what was my order, seriously?
