June 2026 Update: as anyone could reasonably foreshadow, homes in this neighborhood are now being targeted for malicious activity by fellow neighbors who have demonstrated problematic behavior the HOA has an obligation to address, but fails to do so. We are encouraging everyone to report to the police, but Sentry Management should be ashamed for their selective enforcement that has left this neighborhood open to increasingly bad/now criminal conduct. The homes are beautiful and well built, thr neighborhood trails and design are great, but many of us wish the HOA could do more to address nuisance behavior that simultaneously violates the bylaws, as they are selective in what is addressed. We have started to see an uptick in ongoing incidents escalating to police matters. The broken window theory unfortunately applies here.
The homes are beautiful and well built, but the kids in the neighborhood honestly ruin it. A lot of them terribly behaved, unsupervised, and there isn’t a whole lot the HOA can do about it so we’re all stuck. The HOA FB group is nothing but posts about all the issues there are from unsupervised kids causing property damage, littering the neighborhood with trash. Had I known this would be such an impact element of living here, I’d have lived elsewhere.
