Talks big games and only delivers 1/3 done job. He is a hack. Oh btw his fees triples the other service vendors in the area. So hire Steve if you want to throw money away on a half done project.
We paid for 4,000 dollars worth of landscaping and all he did was plant an olive tree and a few ugly shrubs. The plants didn't even match the other ones in the yard. Not very good quality job. We had another landscaper look at it and say he could've done it for 400 bucks.
