Honestly I don’t like people. I also don’t like talking but therapy was apart of my treatment so I gave it a go. Almost 2 month later and I find it incredibly easy to talk and open up to Rena.

I recommend Rena for anyone who may need an evaluation before going through fertility. Rena was very easy to talk with. She also gave helpful advice, and validated my thought process. Thank you Rena!
After a long search for a therapist who i actually felt comfortable talking to, i found Rena. That was around 4 years ago and since then shes helped me through so much and taught me a lot, highly recommend!!!
Rena is fantastic! Whether you are doing individual therapy, family therapy, or ketamine-assisted therapy, she has all of the tools you will need. Highly recommend!
