For a month our communities ONE washer hasn't worked !!! And the toilets flood ever other month !!! I already have a lawyer making a case for Fraud, taken families rent money promising families a working home and giving them broken homes , it isn't right and the people accountable will pay that's a promise, WE THE PEOPLE WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS.
Evan and has his team do a great job, we have had a pleasant experience with them and recommend them to other property owners looking to rent or renters looking to rent their properties. Evan goes out to the way to address issues related to house and has a team readily available to address any urgent issues at a reasonable price.
I rented a property from Foster Realty. They are very slow to respond and don't follow their own agreement rules. I have to follow-up multiple times in order to get a response, and when they do respond they are sassy and tend to always mention that "the policy is already provided and didn't know they need to resend it."
