The technician RJ was very knowledgable and skillful, and did an excellent job with installing our new water heater. Interaction with the office was also excelent and efficient. The quote they gave us was the best among three other companies. Once we selected them, they arranged installation for very next day. It is just finished, and we can now take shower again.
Recently had a 10 year old water heater fail …. it developed a significant leak. Called Foster Plumbing …. our “go to” plumbing service. RJ and Jess came out the next day and replaced the failed unit! Great company and techs. Excellent customer service and professional and knowledgeable techs. Would not go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. A week after replacing the 10 year old water heater which had failed, I decided to replace our other unit which was the same age. I am risk averse. Foster's Plumbing did a fantastic job on my water softener installation. They treated my wife respectfully and did a professional job. Even though I had purchased my own water softener, they installed it anyway with no questions asked. When I didn't have all the parts they needed, they went and got them, and they were expedient about it. Over all it was a great customer service experience with skilled personnel. I would recommend Foster's Plumbing.
