Just got off the phone with my elderly mother who has been a customer for 23 years. She called the "emergency" number yesterday as her air conditioning quit working. It is 89 degrees in her home. No one called her. She called Fosters this morning and was told they had no appointments until tomorrow - 48 hours after her air quit working. What kind of emergency service is this? I had a leak in my ceiling from my pipes and Tim came over and did everything he possible could to figure out where the issue was! After hours of hard work and fixing a ton of issues under the house he got it back up and working. When he left my bathroom was cleaner than it was before he came!
