Technician came to my house, I was at work so I left keys out, and did his diagnosis which revealed his solution; clean the blades and take out a pound of Freon(R22) because there was too much in the unit. 3 days later, nothing has changed so I call Foster's and ask what will happen next, what sort of guarantee do I have since someone just came out. The answer was none, he would come out again and I would need to pay for whatever services were performed. I was irritated so I called someone else. When this other company came ... read more
