I am not sure how to start this review if I should start with the bad or the good. But here it goes My daughter is looking for her first apartment and came across this apartment complex on a few websites. So she had filled out the section for a tour of the complex and one of the apartments that she was looking for . Staff are friendly and always willing to take the time to help with anything. Ask for Stacy in the office, she’s great!
Run down neighborhood with rundown RVs parked along Foster nearby. I couldn’t find any guest parking nor New Resident parking by the leasing office, nor anywhere that I saw. Buildings are 3 stories tall and I only saw stairs for access to the 2nd and third stories. On-site laundry room. Don’t have a quickly noticeable (or accommodating to the visually impaired) sign indicating where the leasing office is.
Foster Plaza is made up of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms, that include washer/dryer hook ups, and a laundry room on the premises. It also has exclusive parking and a playground, the community is mostly made up of hard working and amazing families trying to live their best lives. Foster is a very busy road but this complex has a quite and lovely feel to it. Pet friendly and after hours security and maintenance help families feel safe and comfortable.
