Where to begin. Real Manage has to be one of the most unethical companies in an already broken industry. We had to hire an attorney to deal with so many breach of contract items and to get us out of our contract. They paid vendors they knew for work that was never done or half done, never worked the collections policy, never kept minutes at meetings unless we pushed them, and the list goes on and on. We had our annual HOA meeting 11/18/25 for the Village at Boyd Lake. Leslie Ashford did a great job in giving homeowners information, allowing questions and discussion during the meeting.
This company is horrific. DO NOT hire. They towed cars belonging to homeowners (accidently) with no apology or refunding of fees. Increase the HOA constantly while the complex falls apart with safety hazards for tripping and safety concerns, and do not listen to homeowners needs AT ALL. They just collect money without showing where it goes.
RealManage has been useless for the last 4 to 5 months. Emails and calls never resolved and sometimes not responded too. Do not use.
