Instead of just recommending surgery right away I was presented with many treatment options here. I knew if I had to get surgery, it would be their last resort. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this ENT Otolaryngologist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere Did this ENT Otolaryngologist consider your input when deciding on a treatment method? Not at all, they made me feel stupid for even saying anything at all Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely!
