Foster Irrigation installed my lawn sprinkler in 2022. The warranty stipulated the customers use Foster Irrigation to winterize for 5 years. In the fall of 2023, I made many phone calls trying to schedule winterization without success. In mid November, I finally got a hold of Susan, the secretary. She was very rude and insisted that mailer had been sent to me which I never received. She said that it was too late for her company to do the job. I had to find another company for winterization. Great job! The whole experience was handled in a professional manner. From Susan in the office, Tim, who came out for the estimate and headed up the installation crew, and the crew itself, all were polite, professional and friendly. And they did a wonderful job cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an irrigation system installation or repairs.
