Took truck to Gallagher because it i was getting a check engine light. It took them a week to even look at it, but nonetheless they called and said they were going to replace my spark plugs and coils and it would be done in about a week. That week went by with no call. On 7/31/2025 I purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R from Ford of Port Richey. It was advertised and sold as a Ford Blue Advantage Gold-Certified vehicle. The truck delivered did not meet Ford’s Gold-Certified standards. Bought a car through them and wish I hadn't its been just over 60 days since I bought the car and have had 2 temporary plates expire on me, the first one was replaced quickly. This second one, not so much. I was ignored on the phone for half an hour trying to get ahold of the person who id brought the car through, then was told that the ** doesn't come in until 6pm three days a week. Best Ford certainly lived up to their name. After months of trying to find the exact truck I wanted at a local dealership, I was told to do a specific search on the **** website looking for the exact options I wanted, and I found the truck at Best Ford, so I immediately got in touch. MJ in finance and ***** in sales were absolutely phenomenal on the phone and in person and could not have made this any smoother. Well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive from my home in *******.
