Check the gym out and see if it's for you! What I can tell you is that the folks who work here are friendly, if you want to put on some headphones and work out you'll be left alone, or if you want to chat a bit with whoever's there you can do that too. As a bonus, you can send photos of the cats and dogs who hang out here to your friends who are overpaying for their bougie gyms. If you like evening workouts you're also only a few blocks away from some great bars you can hit up afterwards!
This gym is really a great gym to be a part of. The trainers are well worth at least speaking to. Noel the owner is really great and friendly. Won’t find a better gym for making any sort of progress.
This gym has the best energy and old school gym vibes. If your a starter at lifting to a powerlifter or bodybuilder this gym is for you. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Other members are friendly this is a great gym to check out.
The owner of the gym makes remarks and comments about people in rude ways based out of hatred. Do not go here unless you are a hateful person.
