Thanks to Matt and his staff for their quick response and help with our electrical repair issue.
We were contactacted by Matt Schmokers office staff to remove an illegally parked suv on the property that was parked in a no parking zone. His staff signed for the tow and we reported it to the police department. All of our calls are recorded for this purpose. Matt stated that was his employee and now is claiming we are a bad company! We got a signature from his staff and reported it the police. Now he's shamefully coming down on us for doing our job. He should have taken the issue up with his own staff and not blame us.
