The manager and all the staff are verry professional and verry nice. the property is very clean and peaceful
I have been living in this apartment for almost 7 years, the manager and the maintenance team are all the best. My kids love them. Very peace full, neighbors respect each other. I have the same feeling to the apartment since I moved here. Thank you team for making the best place to live!!!
As a long time resident, I find this to be one of the most comfortable apartment complexes in the area. The property is very well maintained by the maintenance team and the Manager is always helpful to assist with any issues that arise.
I have lived at Foster Commons for 2 plus years and the management and maintaince teams are amazing. Always helpful and courteous and responsive to the needs of your concern. Thank you for all you for hard work.
Previous detailed 3 star review was apparently taken down. TL;DR Based on multiple years of living here, I can't strongly recommend the place. Pros: The property manager is a genuine, good, nice person and does the best she can with what she's been given. The maintenance team is awesome. They're competent, quick, and nice. The location has some advantages. The rent is competitively priced. No potholes in the parking lot.
