Where do l start….. if u are looking to move here and have children dont they don’t have a park and kids aren’t allowed to play outside. The parking is crazy imagine coming home from a long shift and u have no where to park. You’re not allowed to just sit in your car. Ants are getting worse, the apartments are cheaply put together inside u wipe the walls they turn yellow the sinks leak, I seen a roach, and from time to time the area stinks really bad because of the dumping down the street.
Decent places although maintenance seems to be done halfassed. And they did have a horrible manager, Katrina, do believe they just laid her off. Apartments are nice & spacious but I say that about maintenance as when I moved it everything looked great, but over last 4 months seems everything kinda falling apart or coming undone. For example my bathtub, it’s like they sprayed it with something as by the drain it’s busted and is peeling back & looks horrible, as well as water puddles on back side of tub so will not drain witho... read more
The manager and all the staff are verry professional and verry nice. the property is very clean and peaceful
