Most unscrupulous bunch of individuals we have encountered in years. Maybe it is our age, maybe not. Drove 40 miles total to collect a scratch off they sent thru the mail. Even called before we left, person we talked to told us we won what it said. When we arrived at the dealership the wife went in, to collect the $1,000.00 the scratch off said we won. They scam you. They mail letters out to you making it look like you win money and gifts to get you to come to there business on Rt 4 in Sandusky ,Ohio. Don't fall for it ,wasting your time. Your better buying a car from another business that doesn't scam you to there business.

Foster Chevrolet has had my vehicle for almost ONE MONTH (Since April 21st or 22nd 2020) and I have to call every week just to try and get an update. I am always told, "A couple more days," or "We are waiting on parts." While I understand that my vehicle is having a lot of work done (almost $3500 worth) their customer service is sub par and I am made to feel as if I am inferior and not important.
