We were at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in our RV when our shitzu Jake started having severe breathing issues. I called and they got us right in and Dr. Plott has called us several times to check in on Jake’s progress after his diagnosis of pneumonia. They have gone out of their way to make sure he is progressing well. Thanks so much for their help with our fur baby.

We have been coming there for years with our pets and just love everyone there. The doctors, assistants and receptionists are all so kind and awesome. Dr. Moser and Leah were so great when we brought in Zorro. We also absolutely love Sharon Jolley. She has been there for so many years and there couldn't be a more positive person on this planet. She could bring a smile to anyone's face just with her voice. She is absolutely one of a kind!!!
They were all very attentive to my shady girl. Answered all concerns we had and had excellent communication with us. They took great care of our Shady girl

My dog had died at home, and when we took her there, there was no one at the front desk. When the women took our dog out of my husbands hands, she let her head flopped after I told her that my dog had died. She was my baby and I felt that she wasn’t careful. Then we were put in a room. The vet was very compassionate which we appreciated at the time. Then when we had to pay we had called before and was told we could make payments and then when we got there we were told no.
