I strongly advise avoiding this dental office. They attempted to charge us for appointments from over two years ago. When I contacted my insurance provider, I was told they have not received any claims from this office for the last 30 months (since December 2022). On top of that, don’t even bother trying to call them, they will not return your calls despite saying they will. This is highly concerning and unprofessional. Be cautious before choosing this place.
Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were for friendly and helpful. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured to decide to have a procedure done. I assisted me on securing the funding I needed. So glad I found them. Highly recommend.
Today was my first appointment/visit with Fossil Ranch Dental & Orthodontics. I had a great experience from the lady at the front desk to the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. Thank you both for making my first experience a great one! 🦷☺️
Horrible desk people never answer!! They literally just charged my card 6 times … twice for each of us and no one will answer the phone to fix the error!!!!
