Love the atmosphere and history. The service was good. The food was OK. Why put black olives on a muffaletta?

I can only speak about the service. Or lack thereof. We were greeted upon arrival. Asked if we wanted anything to drink. We asked for water and waited. After 10 minutes, we got up and walked out. There were at least three waitstaff to cover 4-5 tables. Not sure if they didn't like the way we looked, or it was an oversight. But still frustrating. If the owner has a reasonable explanation, I'll update my rating. Otherwise, it felt like they don't like non-locals. Which is odd in a college town.
