Service technicians on site are helpful however anything you need from sales or technical support out of their office. Good luck it is terrible to get ahold of someone and get what you need.

Tried getting tech support since 2/16/23 its now 2/22/23 and I'm in southern Indiana with my FOSS unit not working for 7 days now. I have had emails coming back wanting the serial number which they have on file. I sent it to them 3 times now and have not been on phone once with a tech. I have a PMA contract that is not getting fulfilled on their end. Everything from serial #'s to weather has been an excuse.
