Awesome Remote Installation – I went in to get a remote start installed. They were very busy but they were able to install in that day even thought I just dropped in. Joe was very knowledgable about which product would be best for my car at the price I could work into my budget. He answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I will definately be back!!!
Bad customer service at Foss Car Audio Tacoma – Unfortunately, my experience with Foss Car Audio in Tacoma has been unpleasant. I had an auto ignition installed and they called me to pick my car up. As soon as I get there they tell me they need both my car keys; they should have told me when they called. After I came back with both keys, it took them another three hours to get the auto ignition installed. They did a terrible job of informing me of what was going on. Amazed.. – I use to shop at the swap meet because I thought it was cheaper. The install work was pretty shabby but I figured you get what you pay for. I worked with Ed at Foss he gave me a better price for the gear than the swap meet and the install process was so much better. I came back a week later cause my system was not working right and they fixed it in 2 minutes. I had switched a setting in the deck and they knew exactly what was wrong.
Great Price Great Product – Very Helpful in helping me Select the Product that suited my needs. The Install was completed in a timely fashion and every thing has worked correctly from day one. I will return to this store in the Future when I out grow my current setup.
Great experience – Wow, This place is amazing. Awesome displays, great service, good prices, and spectacular installs. Will diffidently shop at Foss Car Audio again.
Smart people – I drive a benz and the only person willing to put my h.i.d. lamps in where Nate and Mark. although it was not free it was worth every penny. Great work and a good value. thumbs up here.
Dont go here.. – I took my car here to get a simple cd player put in my car. It took them about 2 hours to put it in. And while i was waiting all I could here were them fighting back and forth and cussing left and right. Not good for any person to hear. I will never go here again!

these guys rock i dont go anywere but hitech – Shane and Nate are very helpful they know everything.The customer service is fantastic and there very helpful these guys rock!
