I paid $1000.00 to have a system installed in my 2005 gto and i received the following: 1: I supplied my alpine nav head unit with accessories & everything needed for install 2. 1 new pair 5in hertz dcx 130.3 in doors 3. 1 new pair of 6.5in dcx 165.3 in the q panels 4. 1 new pair of 6.5in dcx 165.3 in the rear 5. labor PROBLEMS: rear speakers NOT working at all, the standard size for all 2005 gto speakers is 6.5in ( why the 5in speaker w/no explaination or price adjust), 1/8 inch phone jack supplied but not insalled as reque... read more
Please do not even go there. They are unprofessional, they don't even know what they are doing. I took my Brand New Nissan Altima to install the radio and a back up camera. They end up messing my car to a point that it won't even start. I had to take it to Nissan Dealership to fix it. I still have electrical issue on my new car. Don't go there please. Don't let Aron or Joe touch your car, you will regreat it. If you have a brand new car don't take it there. I don't even think they are certified!!!
After installing tint on two windows of my car, they quadrupled the price to finish it across the other two. Requested a callback from the supervisor, and one never came. Their prices are not clear and not written down anywhere. They have a sign out in front of their shop saying "Tint $79". One guy (The installer) says that’s for 2+back, the next day the other guy says it’s just for 2 windows. "So... ok. can I get the last 2 windows done for $79?". Fast and Friendly – I found this shop on yelp, I was looking for a good place to get a radio and I figured I would check them out... Im glad I did, the salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me pick out a radio that fit my needs and didnt try to push me into the most expensive unit. They installed the radio in like 30 mins, wow, and notified me that my front speaker was blown. AWESOME TEAM – This crew here at Foss Car Audio is amazing when I came through the front door I was greeted by a man named Josh he helped get me the radio and speakers I wanted to make my 99 Pontiac Grand Prix sound amazing. Who knew getting a new system was this easy – It's great to still find a local shop with a friendly knowledgeable staff. I knew i needed a new radio, but who knew what adding a subwoffer would do. These guys did!. Not only does the Bluetooth work amazing, but my tunes never sounded better. My install was done in a timely manner. They offer high quality parts and accessories, window tint, alarms, and sound systems.I would go to Hitech Autosound in East Kent for all my auto sound needs. Unprofessional, expensive, thieves (literally), and damaging – I've purchased products and service here in the past, but this time was different. I was treated like a 16 punk, yet I walked in with my wife and a brand new 2011 $45,000 vehicle. It took over 5 hours to do what they initially told me would be a 2 hour job, and charged me for every little thing.
