Total nightmare. They will not fix any repairs and you can call corporate and they don't care about nothing but your money. Corporate will contact about your complaints. They are awful. If you live in any of their properties it is just like you are on section 8. Maintenance will not do as they are ask. They ride around all day on those carts will their legs up. What ashame to pay this kind of rent and can't get any repairs done. Heritage properties was the best company to have over us but these new companies are total garbag... read more
Terrible owners. They nickle and dime tenants. Hardly ever respond to any complaints about the living quarters and do not like to fix anything. And when they do choose to do their jobs, they take their time. If you see their name on any property you wish to rent, go the other way
