As I stated before BEWARE of moving to properties they manage especially Cambridge in Mississippi. This is the worst mistake I made when I moved here. There is so much I can say about how they don’t like maintaining the apartments. I HATE it here!! BEWARE B4 thinking about this place. Appliances are old and outdated. If you have an issue that needs attention don’t hold your breath. I went with a clogged toilet for two weeks. Then they charged me for a toilet. Our AC unit stopped working and it was so hot 🥵 in our apartment. Matt Oakwind with the Foshee maintenance team came out and figured out the problem! We are up and running with AC again!! He did a great job and went above and beyond! Thanks Matt!!
LANDLORDS BEWARE: they don't do tenant verifications, be sure to return the favor when they call you asking for the same. You can tell when talking to them, it's just a bunch of lazy guys hanging around.
