Our AC unit stopped working and it was so hot 🥵 in our apartment. Matt Oakwind with the Foshee maintenance team came out and figured out the problem! We are up and running with AC again!! He did a great job and went above and beyond! Thanks Matt!!
LANDLORDS BEWARE: they don't do tenant verifications, be sure to return the favor when they call you asking for the same. You can tell when talking to them, it's just a bunch of lazy guys hanging around.
It appears that no one works at their office. Impossible to contact
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! PROPERTIES ARE NICE!!! BUT FOR HOW LONG UNDER THIS MANAGAMENT??!!! THEY ARE LITERALLY THE WORST. TOO MANY ISSUES OR PROBLEMS TO NAME AND DATE. IF I HAD ANOTHER OPTION I WOULD GO!!!!! IMAGINE LOVING YOUR HOME BUT THE LANDLORD/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CANT SEEM TO MANAGE OR MAINTAIN PROPERTY QUALITY AND STANDARDS TO SAVE THEIR LIVES!!!!
