Currently looking for apartments and rent prices jumped over $100/month in ONE DAY. The master bathroom floor gave in but didn't completely go all the way through causing me to sprain my knee. Nothing has been done yet to fix the floor and I can't use the guest bathroom because the water takes forever to drain. Several requests has been put in dating back to June 2024 concerning both issues before the floor gave in and pest control. I recently found out the apartment complex didn't pay the company that does the spraying for pest.
I stay in Mobile,Alabama at the Crossing at Pinebrooks apartments my tiles been come up it’s like a hill in my living room this has been going on since I moved here 2 yrs ago I haven’t gotten any help my bathroom has a hole in the floor and black soil is coming out of it
