Robbery. I am an owner at Echota. It is a lovely gated community and the office staff are wonderful and very helpful. Word of warning to owners and renters, I offer caution to not bring anything of value to your Echota unit or stay without camera surveillance. As I was robbed by an individual who had access to my condo via a master key. Household effects which my insurer valued at $3,000.00.
