The front desk staff were friendly, and I have no complaints about them personally. My concern is with how my care was handled and how poorly information was communicated throughout the process. Before my procedure, I told multiple staff members that my previous colonoscopy had been excruciatingly painful and that the sedation used had not worked. Had a fantastic experience from start to finish for my first colonoscopy. Dr. Meddings and Nurse Laura treated me exceptionally nicely during the entire procedure; I opted to go without sedation and they kept me calm and relaxed during the whole thing. Complete and total professionalism all the way around from everyone involved, and I was in and out of there in 45 minutes.
