I rented from them for 4-5 years and they are wonderful. The ladies in there were amazing to work with.
The head maintenance line is unreliable and will tell you to call the management team. Sherita is great and does the best she can. We love the house we are in. But they refuse to upgrade the windows. We are running the AC unit like crazy to try and cool down the house. But it's not working. We also try to do the same during the winter with the heat. Maintenance guys will lie and are 100% lazy and worthless. Get better maintenance guys and ones that will actually show up.
My grandmother lives in one of their properties they are roach infested don’t except maintenance to come out unless you call the city her hvac hose out multiple tones a user and they only fix it after you go to the city after a few months the owners spend no money and there will to leave my elderly grandmother who always pays her bills on time and starts no trouble Neighbors will Harass you and forza will do nothing all apts have original appliance fixtures and tiles breaker boxes are in the locked up basements stay far away... read more
