They are "evicting" their tenant at 108 N Kendall Dr Independence MO, yet have been extending their trial for 2 months now as they openly do drugs in the yard, show their genetalia to the neighbors, and start fights including hitting myself in the face with a rock. Despite felony charges against them and contacting Forza and their Lawyer team repeatedly, they just keep extending the date and letting everyone around them live in complete fear. RUN from this company unless you are a wanna be gangster.
Management never takes you seriously or the maintenance people. Had one threaten to shoot me. Hes fired now but still unacceptable. They tell you to call the number for maintenance requests but theu dont ever really pay attention to them unless they feel like they need to. You try to contact them they never answer text messages or phone calls. They have a terrible roach problem as well. They do not renovate anything either they just paint over things or just use what they've got instead of resupplying to get the job done pro... read more
