Practice manager was verbally abusive when I canceled an appointment. She also lied and told me that she had spoken with my daughter to confirm the appointment - she had not. Additionally, my daughter is a minor child and cannot confirm appointments... AND doesn't have the same phone number as I do. Today, I received a bill for TWO missed appointments - I did expect to pay for one, but TWO? The practice manager told me I was never welcome back there. Have been going to Forward group for about 5 or 6 years now since my prior dentist elected to not take my revised company insurance plan (I'm now retired). I'm a BIG fan of the Forward Dental group in Pewaukee. Staff there are always very helpful and courteous, friendly and conversational. Dr's are GREAT. I used to see Dr. Richard who's now retired (I believe) he was very good, found it quite interesting that HE did the cleaning of my teeth as opposed to having a hygenist do it. I was really happy with how they handled my 2 year old for his first dental visit. I go here also for my dental visits and have been very happy with the transparency and knowledge.
