I was scheduled for a 7 am dental appointment on November 29th, 2021 to replace two temporary fillings from a resent root canal. These were to be replaced within two weeks of the root canal being finished. I arrived to the Franklin Forward Dental office at 6:45 am. After siting there for 45 minutes, I was told that my appointment was canceled due to the dentist not coming in because her assistant was not available.
