Hey FD, You made me feel like an irresponsible customer by making me sign and date a paper about not cancelling w/in 24 hrs, or no-showing for an appt. I've never been there before, and have never cancelled my appt. Then, you hand me a folder to I'm assuming hand it to the hygienist? So I read it. It had the billing date 5 days ago!
