This is not a professional operation. It’s a group of amateurs pretending to know what they’re doing. They were hired to do a basic siding replacement and ended up damaging our gutters, chipping our window frames, and leaving debris scattered all over the lawn. I was locked out of my apartment and called these guys thinking they were reliable. The technician showed up in an unmarked car, no uniform, and seemed totally lost. He didn’t even know how to use his own tools. He left and never came back. Complete waste of time and money. I felt so unsafe dealing with this company.

Avoid this company at all costs. They sent someone to install a new deadbolt and he ended up damaging the entire doorframe. Now the door doesn’t even close properly. When I called to complain, the manager told me it wasn’t their fault and refused to fix the damage. They left me with a security issue and no support. Absolutely unacceptable.

If I could go back in time and undo this decision, I would in a heartbeat. We chose this company based on their online reviews, but clearly, those were misleading or fake. The job started late, ended way past schedule, and was riddled with errors from start to finish. They re-tiled our bathroom floor crookedly, used the wrong fixtures even after we double-confirmed our selections, and left dirty handprints on our freshly painted walls.
