A waste of time! They told me my balance was negotiated down to zero for my 2015 back taxes. But they lied! My 2022 tax return was taken and when I tried to call them they never call back! Trying to get a refund, which I am still trying to get back!
Not reliable they get your money you have to call them all the time they will not call you unless you stay on them.
this company is a scam, I would not recommend to anyone. they will take your money and not even contact you about it. I'm wasting my time here and they just keep taking my money. I expect a call back and refund by management ASAP.
