Good storage facility, easy access and easy to get a storage room.
I had nothing but good with this storage company Lisa is very helpful. When I first rent my storage there was a problem with the lock and Lisa had if figures out and fixed with in a few hours.
After two years they raised my rates over $30.00

Units are maintained very nice as well as property maintenance such as snow shoveling. It was very easy to sign up and I was able to access it the same day. The only challenge for me is getting a hold of customer service. I called 4 times and the first time I was on hold and it went silent. The next 3 times it hung up on me while I was waiting for customer service. This makes it difficult as a customer especially since this storage center has no staff on site.
