I never thought I would have to write something like this but here we are. We just started renting today and came to put our stuff in it and we can not get into our unit. It locked and we don’t have a code to the unit they gave us. We sat for almost an hour calling leaving messages trying to get ahold of someone and no one will call us back or send us a message back! This is the worst service I have ever had and we want a full refund!
My husband and I used forward storage for all of our household items. Our things were in the unit for 3 months in which everything in the unit had gotten wet. I paid extra for insurance on the unit. I made a claim after finding our couch, table and chairs and several other items were damaged by the water. Our claim was denied because they couldn't find where the water entered the unit.
